1. About BucketX
BucketX is an Indian software company that builds simple, affordable business management tools for small business owners. We offer a growing suite of products designed for different industries and business types. New products are added regularly, and all of them are governed by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By using BucketX, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Do not share your login details with others.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at bucketx.in@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- BucketX products are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual plans).
- Pricing varies by product and plan. Current pricing for each product is displayed on its respective product page at bucketx.in.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and must be manually renewed before expiry to continue access.
- All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are processed via our payment partners.
- Taxes applicable under Indian law (including GST) will be added at checkout.
5. Cancellation
- You may stop using any BucketX product at any time. Since subscriptions are not auto-renewed, no further charges will be applied once your current period expires.
- Your access will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BucketX for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or copy any part of our software
- Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
- Use automated tools or bots to access our platform without permission
- Misrepresent yourself or your business on our platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Your Data
You own the business data you enter into any BucketX product (customer records, orders, reports, invoices, or any other data specific to the product you use). We only use it to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal data.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on bucketx.in, including the BucketX name, logo, product design, code, and written materials, is owned by BucketX and protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any of our content without written permission.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep BucketX available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
BucketX is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make any warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of our Services for any particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BucketX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
